Pump flow can't distinguish whether the electromagnetic flowmeter is a famous manufacturer. In the whole process of applying the electromagnetic flowmeter, there is often a situation that the pump flow size is used to identify whether the electromagnetic flowmeter is or not. However, the pump flow can not distinguish whether the electromagnetic flowmeter is not.

The flow value and pump head value required by the pump factory nameplate shall mean the allowable difference of pump working capacity. Under specific working conditions, the pump flow changes due to the change of pump head, high efficiency, output power and pipeline network load.

The flow rate of the C-stage pump will achieve an error value of ± 8%.

When several pumps operate in series, the flow to the main pipe is not necessarily equal to the total flow of each pump.

Safety protection of measuring electrode pollution

When the soap film flowmeter materials will cause accumulation and pollute the electrode, the appropriate water flow (selected pipe specification) and installation method shall be selected at the design scheme and installation level to prevent excessive accumulation. It is impossible to get the quantitative analysis of the level that the pollution of the electrode harms the measurement accuracy of the electromagnetic flowmeter.

In the physics of electrode pollution, the input impedance of the data signal in the control circuit of electrode measurement increases or decreases. If the characteristic impedance does not exceed a certain boundary, it is not easy to have a negative effect on the measurement of electromagnetic flowmeter. The main parameters of the design scheme of the differential protection amplifier with high input impedance (1011 Ω) can prevent the harm of electrode pollution (characteristic impedance rise). The famous brand electromagnetic flowmeter can do this performance index. Therefore, in the power supply manufacturing industry, electrode pollution is not a problem that should be paid attention to in the application of electromagnetic flowmeter.

System software lightning protection gas turbine flowmeter in the electromagnetic flowmeter design products, the flowmeter system software lightning protection and anti-interference considered certain protective measures. For example: a part of the switching power supply is modified with transient suppression secondary pipe or discharge pipe; the switching power supply and data signal input / output are electrically isolated; the digital communication socket is equipped with anti lightning components; the data signal connecting cable between the controller and the converter is equipped with triple shielding; the flowmeter system software is specified with excellent grounding device, etc. However, in areas where lightning strikes are frequent and obvious, customers should take further countermeasures: there are two ways to deal with lightning strikes: one is to induce the charge and discharge between the electrified clouds differently, the other is to charge and discharge the clouds to the ground, the latter is the key root cause of lightning damage, and the key elements of instrument damage are immediate lightning strike, lightning tip discharge and magnetic effect of current. The purpose of instrument lightning protection is not to prevent lightning, but to maintain the instrument from being damaged by lightning electromagnetic wave.

1:1 transformer and high voltage arrester are refitted at the input end of switching power supply to prevent the switching power supply from being penetrated.

The data signal analog output is refitted with high voltage arrester.

The software grounding device of flowmeter system must be excellent, and ensure the good connection between the grounding and the ground, so as to prevent the lightning current transmitted by pipeline and hydrodynamics material from passing through the instrument itself.
