Intelligent data flowmeter is a commodity of intelligent flowmeter series products. The basic principle of intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is based on the basic law of magnetic effect of Faraday current. The key components of its sensor are composed of measuring tube, electric level, excitation coil, transformer core and yoke cover, etc. It is used to measure the total volume flow of conductive liquid and slurry in closed pipeline, including strongly corrosive liquid such as acid, alkali and salt. The intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is widely used in crude oil, chemical plant, metallurgical industry, textile, food, pharmaceutical industry, paper industry and other manufacturing industries, as well as environmental protection, garden management, water conservancy engineering and other industries. 1. Installation of fluid pipeline system software and instrument panel. This kind of common fault of water meter flowmeter is generally caused by the improper installation of the sensor. For example, if the sensor is installed in the industrial production pipeline network which is easy to accumulate steam, the liquid will be discharged into the air immediately through the total flow sensor, resulting in the condition that the measuring pipe is not full. If the sensor is installed in the vertical pipeline from the top to the dirty, it is very easy to produce the exhaust condition. The common faults during the adjustment period generally occur during the installation and adjustment period of the instrument panel. Once the instrument panel is improved, the common faults of the electromagnetic flowmeter can be removed. The mechanical failure of electromagnetic flowmeter during the regulation period is caused by improper installation, interference of external natural environment and fluid characteristics.

2. natural environment. Most of the common failures caused by environmental factors are caused by the interference of external radio waves, motor electromagnetic fields, stray current flow and so on. The external radio wave interference is mainly introduced by the communication cable, and generally single-sided or double-layer shielding is used for maintenance. The current interference can be measured satisfactorily by using a good independent protective grounding.

3. Fluid level. In general, the tiny bubbles in the fluid do not harm all normal flowmeter maintenance and measurement, only the total volume flow measured is the sum of the fluid and the vapor. The expansion of the tiny bubbles in the fluid will change the output data signal of the steam flowmeter. If the tiny bubbles in the fluid are expanded to cover all the surface layers of the electric stage, the control circuit of the electric stage data signal will be cut off in a moment, and the measured output data signal will cause a larger change.
