If the upstream and downstream of the sensor installation point have two 90 ° elbows on the same plan, then: upstream and downstream straight pipe section ≥ 25d, midstream and downstream straight pipe section ≥ 6D.
If the upstream and downstream of the sensor installation point have two 90 ° elbows on different plans, then: upstream and downstream straight pipe section ≥ 40d, midstream and downstream straight pipe section ≥ 6D.
The regulating valve shall be installed outside 6D of the middle and downstream of the sensor. If it must be installed in the upstream and downstream of the sensor, the straight pipe section of the upstream and downstream of the sensor shall be no less than 50D, and there shall be no less than 6D of the middle and downstream.
3. The upper, middle and lower pipes of the installation point shall be in the same boat with the sensor, and the coaxial output error shall not be less than 0.6dn.
4. Vibration reduction measures shall be adopted for the pipeline.

The sensor should be installed on the pipeline with strong vibration as much as possible, which is very transverse vibration. If it is necessary to install it, it is necessary to adopt shock absorption measures, set pipe tightening equipment at 2D of upstream, midstream and downstream of the sensor respectively, and add shock pad.
When measuring the gas pressure, if there is a small amount of liquid in the measured steam body, the sensor shall be installed at a higher altitude of the pipeline.
When measuring the total liquid flow, if there is a small amount of vapor in the measured liquid, the sensor shall be installed at the lower part of the pipeline.
6. Installation of sensor in vertical pipe.
When measuring the gas pressure, the sensor can be installed on the vertical pipeline, with unlimited inflow. If there is a small amount of liquid in the measured steam body, the inflow of the steam body shall be from the bottom to the top.
When measuring the total flow of liquid, the liquid inflow should be from the bottom up: it is not easy to attach the net weight of liquid to the camera.
7. The sensor is installed on the top of the level pipe.
8. The error of the bar flowmeter lies in the inversion of the level pipeline. No matter what kind of hydrodynamics is measured, the sensor can be installed on the top of the level pipe, which is very suitable for measuring saturated steam, saturated water vapor and ultra-low temperature liquid. If the standard allows the selection of top mount, the temperature of hydrodynamics will do less harm to the amplifier.
Generally, this installation method is not recommended. This installation method is not suitable for measuring general steam body and saturated steam. It can be used to measure saturated water vapor, to measure high temperature liquid or to clean the pipeline frequently.
9. Installation of sensors on insulated pipes.
When measuring high temperature steam, the insulation layer * shall not exceed one third of the height width ratio of the support frame.
10. Selection of pressure measuring point and temperature measuring point.
According to the measurement requirements, when the working pressure and temperature around the sensor are required to be measured, the pressure measuring point shall be 3-6d in the middle and downstream of the sensor, and the temperature measuring point shall be 6-8d in the middle and downstream of the sensor.
