In order to prevent the damage of the detection elements, the advantages and disadvantages of the target flowmeter, the maintenance waterproof sleeve of the dial should have sufficient impact toughness, and the material and wall thickness of the maintenance waterproof sleeve can be effectively selected according to the characteristics of the pressure, temperature, corrosion, etc. on the spot during application; when the working pressure of the material exceeds 10MPa, the maintenance coat must be installed to ensure safety; In order to reduce the backwardness of measurement, the filler with good heat conduction, such as methyl silicone oil, quartz sand, etc., can be modified inside the maintenance pipe; the hole of the terminal should be facing down to prevent the water vapor and dust from entering due to poor sealing and reduce the measurement accuracy. The installation of detection elements shall ensure the measurement and selection of symbolic installation parts. For the capacitive grid temperature measuring element, the detecting element should be fully inserted into the deep layer, and should not be inserted into the blind area of the material, so as to ensure that the detecting element and the measured material can carry out sufficient heat exchanger. When measuring the material temperature in the pipeline, the middle end of the detecting element is located in the management center of the pipeline with large water flow The detection element shall be installed in the direction of fluidity of hydrodynamics. If it is not bad, it shall not be installed along the water with the tested substance, otherwise it is very easy to cause measurement deviation; when measuring the temperature of air pressure pipeline (or machine equipment), it is necessary to ensure the tightness, so as to prevent the accuracy from being reduced due to the absorption of external gas. The installation of detection elements shall comprehensively consider the convenience of instrument panel maintenance and calibration.
