The total flow measurement technology of ultrasonic is a new measurement technology which uses the flow information content of the fluid when the ultrasonic data signal is dispersed in the fluid to measure the total flow of the fluid. The flue gas flowmeter has been widely used in many industries such as climate, crude oil, chemical plant, pharmaceutical industry, water resource management, etc. due to its advantages of non touch, easy installation and maintenance, constant fluid flow and no additional friction resistance. In recent years, the rapid development trend of sensor technology, measurement technology and electronic information technology has shown standards for further scientific research of ultrasonic flowmeter, and also promoted the industrial development system process of the instrument panel
The key task in this paper is to design the ultrasonic flowmeter and carry out scientific research on related technology. Based on the analysis of the basic theory of ultrasonic velocity measurement, the principle of velocity measurement by time difference method is explained in detail, and the hardware configuration of the ultrasonic flowmeter measurement equipment is designed, including the hardware configuration power circuit of the measurement equipment and the work content of the ultrasonic flowmeter. This paper analyzes the core technology in the whole process of the design of ultrasonic flowmeter, including various factors such as the water velocity of clean water measurement is not zero, the calibration of steam flowmeter, the design of low energy consumption, the working point of radar echo, etc. in addition, the practical solution of this core technology is obtained. Finally, the scientific research on the ultrasonic flowmeter is carried out, the data test of the ultrasonic flowmeter is obtained, the cause of the measurement deviation of the ultrasonic flowmeter is analyzed, and three ways to improve the measurement precision are put forward. Finally, the design accuracy of the designed ultrasonic flowmeter is ± 1, and the response speed is less than 1s. The accuracy and response speed of the system are considered. According to the low energy consumption design, the electric flow in the dynamic work is 12 μ a, the electric flow in the static data work is 2-3 μ a, the number of battery cycles is more than 10 years, and the provisions for the reserved charging battery of the system are considered.
